In Austria, Integrative Therapy has been recognised as a psychotherapeutic method since 2006. It unites a variety of ideas and methods. It’s a modern and holistic method of treatment which also involves the physical side of things. It’s scientifically sound with a complex theoretical foundation and encompasses other psychotherapeutic methods. Amongst others, theories and methods from Psychoanalysis, Gestalt Therapy, Systemic Therapy, CBT/DBT, body and motion therapy and many more are used to customise each psychotherapy process to the individual’s needs.
I am happy to tell you more about Integrative Therapy at the initial appointment.
