Terms & conditions

Booking/payment

Seminars must be booked in writing by email or contact form. Places will be assigned in order of bookings.

You will then receive confirmation your booking has come through and a bill.

The fee for the seminar must be paid as soon as possible by bank transfer. Your booking is finalized once payment has come through, you will receive confirmation of this. I recommend you book and pay seminars as soon as possible as only a limited amount of places are available.

All work material provided within seminars is included in the price.

All written material is copyright of the author and must not be duplicated unless you have my written permission.

At the end of each seminar you will receive a certificate of attendance.

Changes to your booking/cancellations

Any changes to your booking or cancellations must be made in writing by email, contact form or letter.

Changes to your booking and cancellations can be made free of charge up until 2 weeks before the start of the seminar.

Should you be able to name a replacement participant who will take over your booking, this change can be made with no additional charge up until the start of the seminar.

Cancellations made within 2 weeks to 3 days before the start of the seminar incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the seminar price.

For any cancellation later than that, the full price of the seminar is due and no refund can be given.

The date of cancellation is the date your written cancellation is received.

Cancellations and changes by the facilitator

The facilitator reserves the right to cancel or change dates for seminars if there are not enough bookings or any other urgent reasons such as illness. In this case the participants will be notified as soon as possible and seminar fees will be refunded in full or, if you wish, your booking can be changed to a replacement date.

Similarly, if any changes to the venue, content or seminar times become necessary, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Confidentiality

Any information shared by participants in seminars is confidential as far as the facilitator is concerned. This means I will not pass on any information in connection with you and I will treat your issues confidentially.

Despite my confidentiality guidelines, I may have to pass on certain information under particular circumstances such as when you pose an acute danger to yourself or others. Should this happen, I will make every effort to contact you and let you know I am taking this step and to support you as best as I can.

In seminars we have an agreement to keep shared information confidential. However, only the facilitator is legally obliged to adhere to confidentiality guidelines and cannot be held responsible in case other participants pass on confidential information despite the agreement.
